Competition is what drives the best to perform even better. When we were laying the foundations of the Albanna Group in 1976, we had no idea what Dubai would be three decades later. We had absolutely no inkling of the fierce competition, commitment to quality and customer service standards that rule the market today. Yet even then we had a simple thumb rule that the customer was our first priority and we had to satisfy him in order to become successful.

Three decades later the group is 16 companies strong, and has diversified into a number of niche areas. What makes me happy is that we have been able to create a highly committed and dedicated workforce in all our companies. Surprisingly what unites them, irrespective of the products and services they deal in, is the original vision of customer service, satisfaction and commitment to quality.

I give full credit to our customers, who are the main reason behind our phenomenal growth. Across all these years they have supported us, challenged us and applauded us and most importantly remained with us. I thank all our customers, employees, patrons, supporters, suppliers and vendors. You are the architects of our success. Albanna Group is a team and your presence and commitment makes me proud to lead it.

It may have been my vision, but you have made it into a reality. We are a team and professional excellence is our goal, with partners like you I am absolutely sure we are on the right path to it.
